Product Details:

The Death of Patrick Ferguson at the Battle of Kings Mountain by Alonzo Chappel captures the death of Major Patrick Ferguson, a British officer, during the Battle of Kings Mountain on October 7, 1780, during the American Revolutionary War. In the painting, Ferguson, mounted on his horse, is shown in the chaotic moment when he is fatally shot while trying to rally his troops. The battle was a pivotal moment in the Southern campaign, marking a decisive victory for the American patriots over loyalist forces.
