Product Details:

Infantry and Musicians by Henry Alexander Ogden is part of a larger and historically rich series known as the "Uniforms of the United States Army", which Ogden created for the U.S. War Department in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Ogden’s series was endorsed by the U.S. War Department to accurately document uniform evolution from 1774 onward. This particular illustration shows Continental Army infantrymen and musicians, from the Revolutionary War period (circa 1779).
