Product Details:

This is a unique combination of The Battle of Lookout Mountain by James Walker paired with a detailed map of the larger Chattanooga Battlefields, and Sherman's crossing of Tennessee.

James Walker's painting Battle of Lookout Mountain captures the dramatic and pivotal engagement that took place on November 24, 1863, during the American Civil War. Also known as the "Battle Above the Clouds," the battle was part of the Chattanooga Campaign and was fought between Union forces under Major General Joseph Hooker and Confederate forces commanded by Major General Carter L. Stevenson. The battle occurred on the slopes of Lookout Mountain, just outside Chattanooga, Tennessee.
